In the encounter window, there are two ways to filter information... | Quickly access and enter Patient information. In the "Patient list" and "Inpatient List" windows, patients are filtered by hospital, you get only ones you need. "Lookup" makes seeking patients simple. "New" button provides a means to enter new patients and encounters, than were not available during HotSyncTM. Unique IDs are given to new patients by the user to alert the main system of a new patient during synchronization. Physicians can search referring and attending doctors, along with their contact information. Users have the option of attaching notes each patient to provide additional care and information. A summary of encounters can also be viewed from the "Patient list" and "Inpatient List" windows for a specific patient. |

Physician's "Schedule" is a great way to organize and keep track of important meetings and dates within PIMS. Appointments are sorted and can be filtered by date. "Summary" allows physicians to view the number of patients at each hospital with a tap of the button. | |
