VESTEON SOFTWARE SIGNS AN INDEPENDENT SOFTWARE VENDOR AGREEMENT
WITH SERENITY LANE HEALTH SERVICES

Software signed an Independent Software Vendor agreement
with Serenity Lane Health Services. The intent of the agreement is for
Vesteon Software to provide IT services such as; design, development,
documentation and technical support of new software applications and
