VESTEON SOFTWARE SIGNS AN INDEPENDENT SOFTWARE VENDOR AGREEMENT WITH SERENITY LANE HEALTH SERVICES

San Antonio, TX, June 3, 2002 - Vesteon Software signed an Independent Software Vendor agreement with Serenity Lane Health Services in June 2002. The intent of the agreement is for Vesteon Software to provide IT services such as; design, development, documentation and technical support of new software applications and to maintain its current office management system, OPTAIO***.
